"Built in 1968 to replace the original blacksmith's forge Farriers has been elegantly extended and modernised by the current owners and now offers a perfect opportunity to own a modern and practical home within this historical Village that forms part of the South Downs National Park.
The sitting and dining room offers bright, spacious accommodation with five windows giving a good spread of light throughout the room. Warmed by a Baxi open fire for the chilly winter days, double doors lead to the conservatory for warmer times. A terrace provides the ideal place to sit and enjoy the gardens, but for a more cosy view towards the Downs, try the nook on the half landing. A large kitchen and breakfast room provides ideal space to entertain and dine, fitted with oak fronted units and a lovely outlook across the front garden.
