"With a lovely, cottagey feel, this delightful home offers larger than anticipated accommodation within the sought after village of West Chiltington.
Internally, the property is light and airy with a very natural flow to it. The living room features an exposed brick wall incorporating a multi-fuel burner and space for a TV. Double glazing and a gas fired central system add to the cosy feel. The dining room opens onto the south west facing rear garden and the kitchen offers ample opportunity for a budding Jamie Oliver or Nigella Lawson to create wonders.

There is also utility room with stable door to the fully enclosed, safe rear garden together with a downstairs cloakroom which is really useful if you have kids.
The three bedrooms upstairs are all doubles, two of which have fully fitted wardrobes. There is a separate shower room as well as a bathroom - great for families or when friends come to visit.

Located in the desirable area of West Chiltington and with driveway parking, this well presented semi-detached house is within walking distance of the older part of the village, which offers a village store, post office, public house and primary school.

We moved here five years ago and fell in love with the property as soon as we walked inside. We have a fabulous multi-fuel burner in the living room, set within a beautiful exposed brick fireplace, making it a lovely cosy place to sit and relax in the winter evenings. The house is so much larger than it looks from the outside and we've made great use of the 'L' shaped kitchen when entertaining. Our home has a real sense of light and space and the garden is great for parties, with a large decked area looking out across the lawn towards the allotment-style cottage garden at the rear, which we have made great use of during our time here .
The neighbours and community are lovely and we'll miss the rural, village lifestyle that we've come to enjoy here.
