The property is situated in the sought after area of the traditional seaside town of Littlehampton with its supermarkets, shops plus a weekly market on Fridays. The seafront is within 1 mile of the property on the stretch of coast between Rustington and Littlehampton and has lots to offer including Harbour Park, Wave Leisure Centre, Mews Brook Park plus a selection of cafes. Great property location for commutes to Chichester, Arundel, Worthing, Brighton and beyond.
