"Offered to the market chain free is this well presented, detached, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home with the added benefit of ground floor accommodation. The property is positioned on a corner plot meaning the West facing garden is a large one. Other benefits include ample off road parking and a garage.

Set back in a corner of a quiet cul de sac this property offers a large plot. Approaching the property you will find abundant parking available on the driveway which leads to the detached garage and side gate, giving access to the rear garden.

Entering the property you will firstly find yourself in the light and spacious L shaped entrance hall. So spacious is this area that the current owners have utilised the space as an office area with room left over for storing coats and shoes.
