? During the Second World war 5 Irvine Road was used as a rest home for Canadian air servicemen and for many years after was used for similar purpose, perhaps a reflection of the size and grandeur of this town property. After purchasing the property the sellers set out upon a schedule of works to return the property to a family home, they have therefore modernised the property to offer the convenience of modern living, yet retaining some of the character which would be expected in a property of this age.

Littlehampton. This historic Seaside town is situated upon the estuary of the river Arun and is based around a small fishing port, over most of the eighteenth century the town remained a commercial port. However, the pleasant micro climate produced by the protection of the South Downs made the area a popular holiday destination among those reputed to have visited the town, Byron, Shelley and Constable. Today the bustling town allows easy access across the South coast. Within easy driving distance of historic Arundel and the Roman City of Chichester and with mainline train links to London Victoria, Worthing and Brighton the area makes a popular holiday destination for explorers of South East England
Directions From Chichester follow the A27 East for approximately 10 Miles and follow the dual carriageway passed historic Arundel.
