"This is a great chance to buy a two bedroom detached bungalow, located in one of the most popular roads in Lancing.

The current owner bought the property for its beautiful distant sea views found at the rear of the property. The South Downs are close by, with good access for when you fancy a stroll.

This bungalow also benefits from a 12' x 9' living room, a kitchen/breakfast room, double glazing and off road parking for at least two cars.

You can enjoy panoramic views from the rear garden that has a southerly aspect and in summer gets a large percentage of the sun.

What the Owner says:

When I first parked the car outside I was wowed by the views I could see at the back of the bungalow. The distant sea views are beautiful when the sun is shining.

The convenience of the South Downs just being the other side of Howard Road means I have easy access to walk the dog, so no having to get into a car for me.

The bungalow is detached so I have great feeling of privacy and noise is never an issue. I have been very happy here because it is a quiet and safe area, however I now feel I would like to move into the Brighton area to be closer to friends.
