"Olcote is a truly delightful detached property set back from possibly one of the most sought after streets in Southwater. The property has been built to a Sussex Farmhouse design modelled on the old farmhouse next door. The property has been finished to a high standard and briefly comprises four bedrooms, the master with en-suite and a further family bathroom. There is a superb through lounge with double doors leading to a conservatory, a study and a lovely kitchen/breakfast room. The hallway is a particular feature being large and airy. Externally there is parking to the front with driveway to a good size garage/workshop. The gardens are landscaped and have a sunny aspect. Early viewing is thoroughly recommended.
Situation
Southwater Street is a very popular road on the outskirts of the village. The newly designed Lyntott Square offers a selection of shops including a supermarket, post office, doctors surgery and Public House. Horsham town centre is a short distance away and more comprehensive shopping facilities and of course the excellent transport links to London and the South Coast;
