"This four double bedroom detached house offers excellent accommodation. It is evenly proportioned throughout the ground and first floor as well as having a large attached garage with loft space and a good size rear garden. The ground floor space consists of a 19' x 10'4 living room with open fire with marble surround and wooden mantle. Double glass doors open out to what is used as the study and leads into the hallway. There is access to the rear garden from here. This leads you into the kitchen/breakfast room which the current owners had fitted in June of last year and comes complete with integrated Neff appliances and includes; double oven, two ring gas hob, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, double oven and grill. A waste disposal unit is also integrated into the stainless steel sink and drainer. Off of the hall there is a separate utility room and W.C. complete with basin, cupboards, further space for fridge/freezer etc and side access to the property. The conservatory which is positioned at the front of the property adjoins the dining room. On the first floor, in our opinion there are four good double bedrooms. There are two en suite shower rooms which both have windows as well as the family bathroom which has a bath and separate shower. The rear garden is a good size and offers a good degree of seclusion. It is mainly laid to lawn but also includes a patio, summer house, greenhouse, vegetable patch and established flower and shrub boarders. The garage is 22' x 14'5 and operated by an electric roller door. The property is set back from the road, with a front lawn offering, and offers ample parking for several vehicles. The property was built in approximately the 1930's with later additions, it runs on gas central heating. The boiler has recently been serviced. The loft is part boarded. Viewing highly recommended.
