"If you are after a family friendly area, then this is the home for you. With the sports centre and playground at the end of the road and the local Schools and shops a short walk away, you could not be more conveniently positioned.

Inside this home is fresh and inviting having been recently redecorated. The laminate and tiled floors on the ground floor help to update this home and give it a very modern feel. There have been a number of improvements made to this home including re fitting and remodelling the bathroom to accommodate a double shower cubicle as well as a bath. The windows have been replaced with double glazed units including French doors to the garden and the boiler has also been replaced.

The current owners enjoy entertaining and have opened up the kitchen and dining area, to create a TERRIFIC , open plan kitchen/diner, which at 13'8 is large enough to accommodate a table. It has been well fitted with a range of complementing units, which give a light airy feel. The owners have found it is now the heart of this home and seems to be the place where everyone congregates when entertaining.

The rear garden is secluded and backs onto a wooded copse. There is a large timber decked area with a step down to a level area of lawn. At the front there is parking with a driveway leading to the garage.

What the Owner says:

When I bought my home it didn't get chance to come to the market as I bought the house from a friend. It was great as I knew the house very well and loved the location.

Whilst the house was in good condition, I have made a number of changes. I have re fitted the kitchen and knocked through the kitchen and dining room to create a fantastic kitchen/diner. I have also re fitted and enlarged the bathroom so it now also has enough space for a shower.

Outside the rear garden is very secluded as it backs onto a wooded copse. I have a large timber deck, which is great for entertaining and always proves popular for barbecues in the summer.
