"To the untrained eye, you could be forgiven for thinking that this is just another two bedroom house, but how wrong would you be. When you first view this home, you will not believe the difference in size compared to other two bedroom properties you may have seen.

When we got the call from Sue at Cubitt & West, to say she had just the house for us to view, we were so excited and knew as soon as we walked through the front door she was right.

The location is fantastic, being in a cul de sac it is just so quiet, which is ideal for us as we work unusual shifts. We love the fact there are two double bedrooms for when we have friends and family to stay and the conservatory has been a real bonus, allowing us to use it as a dining room and create a larger living room.

Our favourite part of our home now is the refitted bathroom, with which we spared no expense but it was well worth it.
