"Looking for the PERFECT family home? Then you need look no further than this extended and improved four bedroom detached home. Situated in a no through road, it is only a short walk to the popular infant school and village centre.

Inside this home is light and inviting, having recently been redecorated in neutral colours, which are complemented by the laminate flooring in the lounge and dining room and the tiled floors in the kitchen/breakfast room.

The kitchen/breakfast room is much larger than you would expect at 15'3 and is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Having been refitted it has a range of complimenting units and integrated appliances and has a door to the separate utility room.

The conservatory does a great job of pulling the house and garden together, with its double glazed windows, it could be used as an additional dining area or children's playroom.

The first floor has been sympathetically extended and reconfigured to provide four large bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a range of wardrobe cupboards and an en suite shower room, in addition to the refitted family bathroom and cloakroom.

Outside the rear garden has been beautifully landscaped and at the front there is parking and a garage.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for a new home, this property ticked all the boxes. At the time it had three bedrooms, was detached and was in a quiet road. We could also see immediately it would have potential to extend in the future if required.

The location is fantastic. We are only a short walk to the village centre, as well as being in the catchment for the popular infant school, which is at the end of the road.

In the past, rather than move we decided to extend our home and have enlarged the kitchen and created a utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor we have reconfigured the layout and now have four large bedrooms and an en suite.
