"The property is situated at the top of Bonfire Hill, a popular semi-rural location. It is within easy reach of Horsham town centre, Southwater`s shopping and leisure Facilities. There is a fantastic range of footpaths and cycle routes from the doorstep. The accommodation comprises a large entrance porch leading into spacious hallway providing not only access to all rooms downstairs and upstairs, but also much appreciated storage a family home of this size needs. The kitchen has been recently re-fitted and now benefits from a range of cupboards, an impressive freestanding cooker and modern slate flooring over underfloor heating. The utility room, being just off the kitchen, houses the white goods and provides additional storage facility. The main reception room features a wood burning stove and accesses the garden via double doors, enlarging the living accommodation to the outdoors during the summer months. The property has five bedrooms in total, four of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The master bedroom has the benefit of an en suite bathroom.

From Horsham head out along the Worthing Road until you get to the large roundabout. Take the second exit to Southwater. Take the second exit again off of the roundabout, continue along the Worthing Road, until you get to Church Lane on your right hand side, carry on up church lane until it turns into Bonfire Hill and the property is situated on the right-hand side just over the brow of the hill.
