"Owlbeech is situated in the perfect location for anyone looking to be with-in 0.4 miles of Horsham railway station or indeed less than a mile into the town centre.
The generous accommodation comprises an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and double doors into the sitting room and dining room and doors into the kitchen, utility and ground floor cloakroom. The sitting room is double aspect and has two sets of doors out to a landscaped rear garden. The dining room is also double aspect and pocket doors that fold into the wall and provide access into an impressive kitchen/breakfast room with granite worktops and a range of built-in appliances. The utility room has space and plumbing for both a washing machine and tumble dryer.
To the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom one has built-in wardrobes and has a door that leads into a spacious dressing room that could also serve as either a nursery or a first floor study, as it can be accessed directly from the landing.
