"LOCATION This spacious two bedroom property is located in a sought after and much admired road, approximately 2.2 miles to the north of Horsham town centre. Littlehaven station (serving London Bridge & Victoria) is just over 1 mile from the property, as is the A264, with quick access to the M23 & Gatwick Airport. In addition, the house is within a short walk of Holbrook, North Heath Lane and All Saints Primary School, with both Millais & Forest Secondary Schools around 2.5 miles from the house. As the house is set close to Horsham's northern boundary, it benefits from being within a short cycle ride of the picturesque village of Rusper, surrounded by hundreds of acres of countryside and a choice of popular country pubs.
