"An impressive three bedroom attached Grade II Listed Wealdon Hall house, believed to have been built circa 1390. Formerly one dwelling it is understood the cottage was then divided in the 1960s.
Netherledys offers an array of character features and is situated in a secluded plot measuring around 0.22 of an acre and is east and west facing.

The versatile accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises: spacious entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and doors to a ground floor cloakroom, study, kitchen and open plan triple aspect sitting/dining room with a stunning feature Inglenook fireplace.
