"A charming 3-storey Edwardian semi-detached property which has been modernised in recent years yet still retains many of the original period features including a number of cast-iron fireplaces. The property is thought to have been built by the Quakers in the very early 1900’s with mainly brick-faced elevations of cavity brickwork, which has been insulated, and a mixture of secondary-glazed timber and uPVC double-glazed windows under a pitched tile-covered roof. The property has the benefit of a solid fuel Rayburn in the kitchen, which also serves the radiators and domestic hot water, and there are solar panels which boost the domestic hot water system in the summer months."
