"What a fantastic property we have here with so much potential. An end of terrace tucked away in a very popular area. As you can see from the front photo there is ample space around the home allowing parking or potential to extend subject to planning permission.

The rear garden is a surprise, as soon as you step into it you are taken back by the size and space it offers. The ground floor offers a large porch area with a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen and a lounge/dining room. To the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

I am selling this property on behalf of my uncle who has lived here for over 50 years. He loved his time in this property and was very sad to move on. My uncle really enjoyed the rear garden because of its fantastic size, being a keen gardener allowed him to make the most of the outside space the home offers. He looked after the property over the years and made a wonderful home for him however, there is a dated feel which purchasers may want to address.

My uncle fell in love with the location and he felt the area was quiet, peaceful, safe and very neighbourly. The property is now offered with no forward chain.
