"The entrance hall has stairs leading to the first floor with a useful under stairs storage, doors to ground floor cloakroom, kitchen and sitting room. The sitting room is accessed via double doors that lead into the rear garden and to the front aspect is a built-in window seat with storage before. The open plan kitchen/dining room is dual aspect with the kitchen at the front (also with a bespoke window seat with storage below. The kitchen has a range of Smeg appliances and has space and plumbing for an American style fridge/freezer. The dining area has double doors into the rear garden and also provides access into a play room

From Horsham head along the Guildford Road until you reach the large Broadbridge Heath roundabout. Take the Second exit and stay in the right hand lane. Continue straight over at the mini roundabout, passing Tesco. Take the first slip road on your left into Sargent Way, follow until turning left into Pelling way. Turn left into Carter Drive, then take a right into Cook Way. The house is then situated on the corner on the left hand side.
