A substantial and most attractive four bedroom family home in this rarely available and highly desirable close of just 13 properties situated on the northern side of the village close to the local shops and post office. The property was built in the 1970's to a neo Regency style with spacious and well planned accommodation extending to over 200 sqm. The property is constructed of traditional cavity brick and block walls under hip tiled roof with double glazed windows and doors presenting an appealing symmetrical design that is easy on the eye. Outside the house has a private south facing and fully enclosed garden with plenty of interest from ornamental shrubs and trees beyond the wide paved patio and neat lawns. There is ample storage outside from a range of 5 lockable storage sheds. The property has a semi integral double garage with parking to the front on its own tarmac driveway for a couple of cars. The living space is approached from the front door which opens into a porch with coat and boot storage, main hallway with further cloaks cupboard with door access to garage, cloakroom WC, large separate utility room, kitchen breakfast room, separate dining room, sitting room with open fireplace (presently fitted with a gas fire), rear hall has a door leading to the rear garden as does the dining room. Upstairs the landing has a heated linen cupboard and a trap door and ladder leading to a part boarded and heavily insulated large loft area. Beyond there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have fitted wardrobes, a full bathroom and further separate shower room. There is full gas fired central heating to radiators. The property offers immediate vacant possession. Brock End is located a 15 minute stroll of the picturesque High Street where a range of shops, cafes and pubs can be found. The nearest shopping and post office facilities are literally just around the corner. Cuckfield has a popular and well respected primary and secondary school both of which are within walking distance of the house. Local walks and the village playing fields are also close by. The mainline railway station at Haywards Heath together with its town center is about 2.5 miles with the A23 dual carriageway just 5 minutes drive to the east linking quickly with Gatwick airport, Brighton and the coast, the M25, Crawley and Horsham. Cuckfield is a medium sized village with plenty of amenties and a great community spirit. More can be discovered by visiting the village website. www.cuckfield.org.uk"
