Situated in the popular West Sussex village of Westbourne, Treagust & Co are delighted to offer the rare opportunity to acquire this individually appealing detached bungalow. Built in the early 1920's this property has great potential and is available with no forward chain.


A covered entrance with hardwood front door opens into the spacious entrance hall. The sitting room has a west facing bay window and coal effect gas fire suite with tiled surround. There are four planted borders with a variety of plants and flowering shrubs, an outside water tap, door to the garage and a partially glazed door to the driveway.  The garage has an up and over door, power and lighting connected, side and rear aspect windows, and a door leading to the covered walkway.

 

The Area

The village of Westbourne has a good array of local amenities including shops, church, cafe, pubs and doctors surgery all being within easy reach of the property. The harbourside town centre of Emsworth lies to the south with its excellent variety of local shops, pubs, restaurants and two sailing clubs. Emsworth sits at the top of Chichester harbour and there are several walks nearby including routes to Langstone and the coastal footpath around Thorney Island, part of which is an RSPB nature reserve. The cathedral city of Chichester is situated approximately 8 miles to the east and offers excellent high street shopping and leisure facilities to suit all.
