"Situated in this popular West Sussex village of Westbourne, Treagust & Co are pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire this well proportioned three bedroom family home which is within easy walking distance of the village centre and the extremely popular Westbourne Primary school.

The front door opens into the good sized entrance hall with airing cupboard, storage cupboard and stairs to the first floor. The dual aspect sitting/dining room has French doors opening out onto the patio area. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of wall and base units with solid oak door and drawer fronts (some finishing off required), with space for a range style cooker, American style fridge freezer and a small breakfast table. The family bathroom, also found on this floor, features a modern white suite with paneled bath and separate shower cubicle.
