"A charming Grade II Listed, two bedroom semi detached cottage, with a wonderful West facing garden measuring approximately 50m in length, located in the heart of the popular and sought after village of Westbourne.

DESCRIPTION

The property is presented in good order throughout with the accommodation comprising sitting room with exposed wooden floorboards, sash window, feature fireplace and door to a generous kitchen dining room, being triple aspect with doors leading out on to the rear garden, stairs to first floor and understairs cloakroom with low level WC and hand wash basin.
