Situated in this much sought after, tree lined avenue in Hermitage, Emsworth, Treagust & Co are delighted to offer the opportunity to purchase this detached, and extended character home offering good sized accommodation throughout and being within walking distance of Emsworth town centre.

A side entrance opens into the hallway with tiled flooring which provides access to the sitting room featuring a wall mounted contemporary gas fire and a large double glazed window. The triple aspect dining/family room has patio doors leading to the recently landscaped rear garden and open plan access to the kitchen. The bespoke kitchen is fitted with a good range of cream wall and base units with granite work surfaces, two built in NEFF ovens, a five burner gas hob, NEFF dishwasher, and Khars engineered oak flooring which is carried through to the dining/family room.

This conveniently situated home is also ideally placed for transport links with both the railway station and main 700 bus route nearby. The cathedral city of Chichester is situated approximately 8 miles to the east and offers excellent high street shopping and leisure facilities to suit all.
