There is a good sized entrance hall and this leads into the sitting room which has an open fireplace and double doors to the garden room with velux windows and doors to the garden and terrace and also to the garage. The dining room also opens on to the garden and there is a rear lobby/utility and cloakroom and the kitchen and useful study. Upstairs the master bedroom has wonderful views in addition to a shower and basin and there are two further bedrooms and the bathroom.
