We were local and lived in a three bedroom semi detached home. We really wanted somewhere with a 'non-estate' feel and really liked the character of this house.

Since moving in we have re-fitted the bathroom, changed some of the radiators, changed the boiler, added new doors/windows and altered the off road parking to accommodate three cars.

We'll miss the links we have here as well as the convenience of living here. Whilst we have never needed to, many of our neighbours walk up to the station and back each day.



Step into the porch, remove shoes and cloaks. A large hallway sets the tone for the remainder of the home. The lounge area is incredibly light. This is due to not only a dual aspect, but the addition of a garden room extension makes this a great space.

The kitchen/breakfast room has also been extended and there is now plenty of room for more than a few units as well as a breakfast bar. A large rear window allows a splendid outlook over the rear garden and the Sussex/Surrey countryside in the distance.

The separate dining room can easily accommodate a large dining table and the bay window adds plenty of light. Three large bedrooms span most of the first floor. The master taking full advantage of fitted wardrobes. The other two should not be scoffed at. The large family bathroom is larger than most and retains the emphasis of space.

A larger than expected rear garden offers plenty of seclusion and there's more than enough room for a growing or established family. Just up the road is a convenience store, a renowned butchers and local secondary and primary schooling is incredibly close by.
