"This four bedroom detached family home is conveniently located in a private cul-de-sac location in the desirable area of Maidenbower. The property has been up-graded by the current owners, additions include converted garage to dining room and conservatory added to rear. Upon entering the property you are greeted with a large entrance hallway with ample space for shoes and coats. Leading through the hallway on the left can be found the converted dining room with decent storage cupboards; this is an ideal room for entertaining. To the right there is a substantial double aspect living room that leads through double doors into the conservatory. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, sink unit, work surfaces, gas hob and electric oven, and space for appliances. The utility room has space for white goods, and door to side. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Stairs from the entrance hall leads to the first floor landing where you can find the airing cupboard, two large double bedrooms and a further 2 smaller bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and built in wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three also have built in wardrobes. The rear garden can be accessed via the conservatory or utility room and is split level, being mainly laid to lawn with patio area and shed leading down onto the lower level where there is a decking area, an ideal sun trap, all enclosed by brick built walls and hedges.
