"Located just off the favoured Rusper Road area of Ifield, the property is approx. 1 2 mile from Ifield train station where you can catch regular trains to London in around an hour.

The property occupies what is believed to be the largest plot in the Private Cul De Sac of just 4 detached houses. The rear garden backs onto open countryside with Bridle Paths in most directions for great walks, which could bring you back round to the nearby Plough public house for a well earned pint!

Internally the property has been extended to both the front and rear to enhance the room sizes originally built by the builders Wates Built Homes

To walk you through the house, we start within the spacious entrance hall which has a large skylight window helping to flood the space with lots of natural light. There is access through to the dining area lounge, family room study, cloakroom and the kitchen breakfast room.

The flooring is a hard wearing wood effect vinyl, which is laid in strips and flows through most of the ground floor rooms.

To the front of the property is a detached double garage which has currently been divided to provide storage to the front and then a useful room for more storage or a potential gym to the rear with light & power points.
