Continue up the A23 Crawley Avenue and at the traffic lights continue straight over. At the following roundabout continue straight on the A23 Brighton Road. At the roundabout at the top turn right onto the Crawley south-west by-pass. At the next roundabout turn right into Tollgate Hill. Continue down Tollgate Hill and take the 3rd right into Brooklands. As you enter Brooklands Road go pass the first keep on the left hand side, you will notice a lay-by to the left. After this lay-by turn left where the property can be found immediately on the left hand side.
