"Pellow is an attractive, detached family house within private gardens of 0.2 acre and positioned within a desirable West Wittering private estate. It is ideally located for easy access to the famous Blue Flag beach at East Head and village amenities at East Wittering. The property has been extended to create 1,978 sq ft of accommodation and briefly comprises: spacious entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, a dual aspect sitting room with gas fire and chimney and a second reception room for use as a family or dining room. In addition to the kitchen there is a separate breakfast/dining room and a utility room which leads out to the rear garden. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.

The first floor comprises 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom which has recently been altered to a shower room. The master bedroom enjoys the benefit of an en-suite bathroom and has the advantage of a walk-in wardrobe providing ample storage. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also benefit from having built-in storage.
