"Copperfields is a generous family house offering 2,740 sq ft of well proportioned accommodation which requires modernisation. The property occupies a desirable plot of 0.25 acre at the junction of Seaward Drive and The Byeway, which form part of a highly desirable private estate within the picturesque coastal village of West Wittering. EPC-D.

Internally, the ground floor accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall with Cloakroom, Sitting Room with woodburning stove and stone fire surround and an open archway into the south-facing, double glazed Conservatory. There is also a separate Dining Room and Kitchen/Breakfast Room.
