The property is located within a favoured road, just a short distance from the local beach and nearby village facilities of East Wittering. Situation
Although situated within the Parish of West Wittering, the property is located close to the coastal Village of East Wittering, which is located some 7 miles to the south west of the City of Chichester. The beach enjoys views over the English Channel to the Isle of Wight and is popular with windsurfers.
