"Set in grounds of 0.3 acre, Little House is an individual and well proportioned detached bungalow enjoying delightful gardens, all within walking distance of the famous Blue Flag beaches at West Wittering. EPC-D.
The property provides 2,216 sq ft of accommodation, briefly comprising: entrance porch and wide hallway, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The dining room and kitchen could be combined if desired to create a large kitchen/diner, whilst still retaining the separate utility room. Beyond the utility room is the double integral garage and, beyond this, is a sizeable workshop - although this space could, again, be adapted and a separate annexe created if required. Elsewhere there is a delightful sun room, ideal for admiring the garden as well as the three double bedrooms.
