A separate cosy snug office provides a peaceful space for work or relaxation away from the main living area. There is also a mainline station with a regular service to London Victoria in about 1 hour 40 minutes. Other high profile attractions in the area include Glorious Goodwood with its internationally known racecourse and for car enthusiasts its annual Festival of Speed and the Revival Meeting at its historic motor circuit.

To the north of Chichester lies the rich and varied countryside of the South Downs National Park with many miles of bridle and footpaths, pretty rural villages and traditional country pubs.
