"Superbly located in a select development in this sought after village. Westhampnett is a pretty village on the outskirts of Chichester. Nearby Goodwood offers a range of events including the Festival of Speed and Glorious Goodwood.

We bought the property as we loved the village. It is ideal because it is so close to Chichester yet offers the charm of a village location.

The property is very spacious and has been ideal for our growing family. We have also had plans drawn up for an extension into the loft space which would make it even bigger.

Our children get collected for the excellent local school at the top of our cul-de-sac which is very useful.

A lot of our leisure activities take place at Goodwood which is conveniently located just up the road.
