"A modern three bedroom detached house, originally built in 2017 by Bellway Homes. Situated in the village of Westhampnett, to the north-east of Chichester City Centre.

The front door opens into the hallway with stairs to the first floor and a WC. The kitchendining room is fitted with a modern kitchen with integrated appliances. The sitting room overlooks the rear garden and has French Doors opening out onto a decked area, there is also a large under stairs cupboard. To complete the ground floor is a storage cupboard under the stairs. To the first floor are three bedrooms, the master bedroom benefits from air conditioning, a bespoke black out blind and an en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The third bedroom is currently used as a dressing room.

Nearby, Goodwood offers a range of event days and activities including the world renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival for the motor racing enthusiasts and Glorious Goodwood for those who enjoy horse racing.
