"Meadows is a superbly appointed attached family home situated at the end of a quiet country lane. The bright and spacious accommodation offers under floor heating throughout, beneath tiles on the ground floor and wide solid oak boards upstairs. The kitchen/breakfast room, with aga style range, overlooks the gardens to the field beyond and the sitting room, with open fireplace, also has double doors leading to the garden. The landscaped gardens are an absolute delight with a garden studio and decking overlooking the pond and waterfall.

Fontwell racecourse is nearby as are Slindon Woods which offer excellent walking. There is a village shop in Eastergate and a further range of shops in nearby Barnham along with a mainline station to London Victoria. The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria. Goodwood is located to the north west and is famous for its many event days including the world renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival for motor racing enthusiasts and a season of horse racing including Glorious Goodwood. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering. The area is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts, with beautiful walks and cycle tracks over the South Downs and around the harbour.
