"This well presented house was constructed by Westbury Homes in 2005. The present owner has redecorated and installed new flooring and carpets throughout, together with new lighting and a new fuse board. The property also enjoys the benefit of low maintenance, south-westerly facing rear garden. EPC-C.

The accommodation measures 647 sq ft and comprises: entrance hall with fitted utility room and store cupboard leading to a tastefully fitted 'Paula Rosa' kitchen with integral appliances. Situated not far from the beach at Bracklesham Bay, a coastal village some 7 miles south-west of the City of Chichester. Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit are some 3 miles beyond Chichester.
