"This well-presented three bedroom mid terrace house, is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short level walk to the beach and 'Billy's' beachside caf?. The property would make an ideal main residence, investment or second home.
Outside, the front of the property has an area of paving leading to the front door. The single garage is in a nearby block not far from the property it is the 4th garage in from the left.
The internal accommodation measures 848sq ft and briefly includes entrance hall with doors to cloakroom/WC on the right. Situated in front, you will find the spacious sitting/dining room with the open planned newly fitted modern kitchen. From the dining space there is a door to the garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area.
Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor, where all three bedrooms and the bathroom can be found. Both bedrooms one and two are double rooms with bedroom two having built in wardrobes.
