"Situated in a private road in the seaside village of East Wittering, this imposing "Art Deco" house is now available to rent through Leaders Chichester. This sizeable residence has the benefit of large balcony with sea glimpses and the beach is found right at the end of the road. The accommodation is very flexible and the shower room, bathroom and kitchen have all been recently refitted. There are six rooms that could be used as bedrooms if required. One may consider using the two upstairs bedrooms as living accommodation as they lead straight onto the balcony. There is also the benefit of driveway parking, single garage and large rear garden.
Situation
East Wittering is a thriving village about seven miles to the south of Chichester. It has a number of local shops and is popular with windsurfers. Chichester is a stunningly attractive cathedral city, with a fantastic selection of shops. The city has numerous recreational facilities, including the internationally renowned Festival Theatre and there are lots of sports to be enjoyed. These include golf and racing at Goodwood, sailing at Chichester Harbour and cricket, tennis & squash in Chichester. The beautiful South Downs are just to the north and the picturesque beach at West Wittering just to the south, which is very popular with wind surfers.
