"Situated in the desirable coastal location of Bracklesham Bay is this spacious detached bungalow offering 1,058 sq ft of accommodation. The property occupies a good size plot and benefits from off street parking with a separate garage to the front and landscaped garden to the rear. The bungalow has been completely refurbished throughout and offers bright and spacious accommodation, with all the rooms arranged over one floor.

The accommodation comprises an entrance porch, that leads into an open plan kitchen dining sitting room. The sitting room features a brick fireplace with log burning stove and gives access to two good size double bedrooms and a study additional bedroom three to the front. The principle bedroom has a beautifully newly fitted en suite shower room with a bay window overlooking the front of the property, as well as a built in wardrobe. The sitting room leads into a completely re fitted kitchen dining room with contemporary fitted units and a range of integrated appliances.
