"A bright, beautifully presented three bedroom semi detached house conveniently situated on the south side of the city. Chichester mainline railway station is about a third of a mile level walk and the city centre is just a little further. Believed to date from the late 1920?s, this impressive home has been sympathetically modernised and improved, yet retains character features like the original internal doors and some picture rails.
The porch has a quarry tile floor and an attractive glazed front door to the entrance hall. There are two reception rooms, the main sitting room with a bay window, and a dining room which is open plan to a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fitted in a range of hi gloss white fronted units with integrated appliances including a Bosch fan assisted oven, gas hob, cooker hood, washing machine and Montpellier dishwasher. The rear lobby has an adjacent cloakroom and a door to the rear garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a luxury shower room with a walk in shower. The windows on the front elevation have fitted plantation shutters.
The garden is a particular feature of the property. At the rear there is a paved courtyard with low walled borders. Location
The house is within walking distance of Chichester railway station and bus station. There are also leisure facilities nearby including gym/swimming, bowling and a cinema. Goodwood is located to the north and is famous for its many event days including the world renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival for motor racing enthusiasts and a season of horse racing including the Qatar Goodwood Festival. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering. The area is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts, with beautiful walks and cycle tracks over the South Downs and around the harbour.
