"Bosvigo is a 1970's detached house offered for sale with vacant possession and in need of updating throughout. Set within the Summersdale area of Chichester approximately one mile north of the city centre, the property offers great scope for any future owner.

The plot measures 160 ft in length and has ample space for parking to the front and a private garden to the rear. The ground floor accommodation includes a porch and spacious entrance hall, two reception rooms, kitchen, study, WC and utility room. The first floor has two generous double bedrooms and two good size single bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC. There is also a double garage.

Nearby there is a convenience store, doctors' surgery with pharmacy and there is a bus service every 30 minutes into Chichester. The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria. Goodwood is famous for its many event days including the world renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival for motor racing enthusiasts and a season of horse racing including the Qatar Goodwood Festival. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering.
