This generously proportioned house, in need of some modernisation, is located with 0.75 miles of Chichester city centre on foot and is located close to an array of important local amenities including schools and St Richard s hospital.

The property is approached through a wooden gate and via a pathway to a covered entrance porch. Once inside access is gained to the sitting room, which is a bright space with a dual aspect.
