On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, ideal for a dependant relative or use as the master bedroom. There is also an entrance hall with cloakroom, a good sized kitchen, spacious sitting/dining room and a conservatory overlooking the south/westerly facing and manageable rear garden. On the first floor there is a family bathroom. The property benefits from uPVC double glazing and gas fired central heating.
