"A truly delightful three bedroom Grade II listed cottage nestled in the heart the picturesque harbour village of Bosham, a conservation area and designated Area of Outstanding Beauty.

This charming home is steeped in character having a wealth of exposed ceiling beams. The accommodation is arranged on three storeys. On the ground floor there is a sitting room and a modern shaker style kitchen including an integral Neff fan assisted oven and ceramic hob. Location
The ancient and picturesque village of Bosham is one of Britain?s most popular sailing venues, situated towards the eastern end of Chichester Harbour. There is an excellent sailing club which offers instruction for all ages and has an extensive programme of sailing and social events. There are two excellent pubs in the centre and a small supermarket on the outskirts of the village. The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria.
