"If you are a family looking for a modern contemporary spacious home, then look no further. This is the house for you!

When you first enter this beautiful Victorian property the natural light floods the whole house.

You are automatically drawn to the vast 24’10 contemporary kitchen/diner, which has French doors opening into the south westerly rear garden, ideally suited to a family.

Additional benefits are the two separate receptions, (one currently being used as an office) and the downstairs cloakroom.

The bedroom sizes are all doubles, which is quite unusual in this area, so at least the children won’t be squabbling over who has the largest one!

The house is situated just off Southwick Green, which is the most desirable location in Southwick and the good news is there is no ongoing chain.

What the Owner says:

We have refurbished our home and we think the layout of this home is perfect.

We have the main family room at the back, a study, which is great if you work from home like myself, and a separate living room at the front, which you can escape to if you need to. The garden is a great size too.

We have laid solid oak flooring throughout the entire ground floor.

In the short time we have lived here we have certainly enjoyed it. We are a family ourselves and think that Southwick is a great location to bring up children.
