" A superb family home located on the highly desirable Aldwick Bay Estate, The Aldwick Bay Estate is an upscale gated development of luxury private homes and is considered to be one of the most attractive environments in the south-east of England.

Originally dating from 1929 and known as the The Sussex Riviera, the development has been the home to many well known and famous personalities over the years including those from the world of sport, theatre, film and television, naturally the estate has evolved over the years but it still retains much of its original character and charm, demand to live here is always high due to the quality of the location, the well documented temperate climate that this part of the coastline offers and the private beach access that residents can enjoy.

Willow Way is a fantastic example of a superb family home, over the years it has been extended and re-modeled by the current owners to a high standard to become a stylish home on one of the premier locations in the area. The property is situated on a generous plot with a west facing rear garden featuring a heated swimming pool, hot tub and fun Tiki bar.

The excellent living space continues upstairs, all the bedrooms are true doubles, the master bedroom faces the front aspect, this is a spacious room with a range of built in wardrobes and a beautiful full sized en-suite bathroom featuring a large "Jacuzzi" style bath and over-sized corner shower cubicle, bedroom two also faces the front aspect and has built in wardrobes, bedroom three and four both face the rear aspect and are generous in proportions.

The house is set well back from the road behind high conifer hedging, there is an area of lawn, well defined boundaries and a gravelled driveway providing parking for several cars and an adequate turning space, if a purchaser wished to install entrance gates, this could easily be done and there we have been informed that there are no restrictions in doing so.

The rear garden is west facing so enjoys a sunny aspect, there is a full width terrace leading onto a large area of well manicured lawn, to either side are established borders with a range of trees and shrubs, for children there is a large playhouse, the lawn leads to an extensive area of raised timber decking, an in-ground heated swimming, large hot tub and ever so much fun "Tiki" bar, there is plenty of space on the decking surrounding the pool for seating and sun loungers which no doubt will be in need for those family gatherings and BBQ parties.

Don't worry about the upkeep of the pool, some regular cleaning will keep it sparkly clean and the little bit of effort spent will be far outweighed by the health benefits and fun that you are sure to enjoy from having such a feature, if you have children or animals and require the pool area to be secure this could easily be done with the simple addition of some fencing across the decking, the entire garden, including the pool area is very private and not overlooked.

Private beach access is a short distance away with a landscaped boardwalk leading out onto the beautiful West Sussex coastline, the beach has been designated as an area of Special Scientific interest (S.S.I.) the development has won certificates of Excellence for the South & South east in bloom awards and the estate is run and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors all of which are residents who ensure that quality and value are always maintained by a modest annual service charge.
