A very well presented three bedroom detached chalet benefitting from extended ground floor accommodation of 3/4 reception rooms, kitchen and utility room, wc, and integral garage. Delightful gardens and situated on a private estate less than 250m from the beach front.

Description
The entrance hall has stairs to the first floor and doorways to the living room, kitchen, study and the wc. The living room enjoys a bay window with views across the green and an open fireplace. The kitchen has recently been refitted with a range of units and topped with granite effect worktops and surrounds with a recessed sink with views down the garden. Space is provided for a cooker, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. The utility room has access the integral garage and rear garden whilst providing space for a washing machine, dryer and freezer. The kitchen leads round to the dining area with the views down the garden and French doors leading out onto the deck area outside and doorway to the third reception room/bedroom which has a double aspect. The bathroom has a white suite and white tiled walls with a P shaped bath/shower.
