"This delightful detached character cottage offers much privacy and seclusion nestled into the corner of a sought-after cul-de-sac in Aldwick. It is positioned within generous gardens with the property itself offering potential for extension and modernisation if desired (subject to the usual consents). The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with understairs cupboard, to the left a well proportioned sitting room enjoying a triple aspect and door to the rear garden. The kitchen is on the opposite side of the entrance hall and offers a range of units, larder cupboard and side door to the garden. At the far end of the entrance hall, the bathroom will be found and stairs lead to the first floor landing. From here, both double bedrooms will be found, both offering double aspect views and the main bedroom having the airing cupboard.
