Location

The property is located just on the outskirts of the Glenwood estate and in close proximity to the Bognor Regis town centre. The area has a wide range of amenities nearby including Hotham park and schooling. The town centre offers a variety of shopping facilities ad well as a cinema, library, doctors and dentists. Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside town with its beautiful beaches. For commuters there are regular buses within the area providing access to East and West Sussex and also a mainline rain station.

The property is set within a very popular area for families as you are so close to all of Bognor's amenities but set far enough away to be able to enjoy the less busy surroundings. The house is an excellent size and with the added benefit of two further ground floor reception rooms as well as the lounge and dining area, it would be able to accommodation most families needs. The area on the whole has a diverse range of properties and age groups and we feel this is a home that can be enjoyed for many years to come!
